Who is Integrate for?Open

It’s built for Bahamian landlords and small property managers who want a clean way to track rent, maintenance tickets, and generate owner-ready reporting.

Do tenants need an app?Open

Not necessarily. Tenants can submit maintenance requests and receive updates through a simple tenant experience. We’ll support both lightweight web flows and in-app access as we expand.

Can I start small and upgrade later?Open

Yes. Most landlords start on Starter or Pro, then upgrade when they need team roles, analytics, automations, audit logs, and monthly owner income PDFs.

How do the Monthly Owner Income PDF reports work?Open

You generate a report for a month and we produce a clean PDF summary (total due, collected, outstanding, unit breakdown, payment log). It’s designed to look professional when sending to owners.

Is my data secure?Open

Yes. We use modern best practices for authentication, access control, and encrypted connections. We also keep an audit trail on Business so changes are trackable.

Do you support multiple properties?Open

Yes. You can manage multiple properties and units based on your subscription tier.

Does it support Nassau, Freeport, and Family Islands?Open

Yes — the platform is designed for landlords across The Bahamas (Nassau, Freeport, Exuma, Abaco, Eleuthera, and beyond).

Can I export my data?Open

Yes. We’re building export-friendly workflows (reports and downloadable records) so you keep control of your data.
